We had Brunch on Sunday. Ordered the meal that came with 2 Eggs and Hash Browns. Instead of Hash Browns, I received Breakfast Potatoes. I explained to the Waiter that the menu said Hash Browns. The Waiter told me that the Breakfast Potatoes were their Hash Browns and there was nothing that they could do about it. They should not list Hash Browns on the menu but serve Breakfast Potatoes. The Waiter should not lie and say that Breakfast Potatoes are Hash Browns because they are completely different.

Asked for burger cooked medium rare. They say they cook burgers to order. Not! Burger came out VERY well done. Told them in advance we would be sending it back if they overcooked it. They didn't seem to care. Ordered a veggie plate instead. Took 20 minutes to bring out stuff they could have just scooped onto a plate. Had to get manager to retrieve it from kitchen. He came out and slammed it on the table and walked away. Everything on the plate was cold. Not lukewarm, cold. I wish I could have left a negative tip for a night ruined. Since no effort was made on their part to make things right, they got no tip at all. I never do that but it was well earned.

The food is delicious. Plenty of options. I created a vegetable plate that was great! The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly and helpful.
